Dear Families,
Our recent Scholastic Book Fair was a very successful one, profiting $1,896.20 in Scholastic Dollars. Scholastic Dollars are used to provide books and other materials for the classrooms. The teachers and I are grateful for your support of reading. Because of your support, more books have been placed in our students' hands, continuing to foster a love of reading. A special thank you to Sarah Yocum for chairing this event for our school family. Thank you to Christine Vanic, and all of the volunteers, for assisting Sarah in helping to make the Book Fair a special experience for our students.
As we begin Trimester 3, I want to share how excited I am for the continued learning and growth ahead for our students. This time of year brings many wonderful opportunities for students to build on the progress they have made and finish the school year strong. I am proud of our dedicated teachers and support staff who work hard each day to support and inspire our students. Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Parental involvement plays an important role in providing a positive experience for our students. Donating to others in need is part of our mission statement and we truly are blessed to have such a generous school family.

Parents - we are in need of more substitute teachers
Do you know that as long as you have a Bachelor's Degree and are willing to take the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction substitute training you can get your substitute teaching license? What a great way to get involved in your child's school and earn some extra money.
If you are interested or know someone who is, please reach out to Mrs. Amy Nelson at anelson@sjbplymouth.org.
